Tuition and Funding for the 2026/2027 Edition

The tuition fee for the ROSE Advanced Master’s Programme is €7,500.
The tuition fee may be paid in three instalments according to the schedule established by the University of Pavia.

For the 2026/2027 edition up to 8 tuition waivers are available for outstanding applicants:

• 5 tuition waivers (€7,500 each) are awarded by the Eucentre Foundation;
• 2 tuition waivers (€7,500 each) are awarded by the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture (DICAr) – University of Pavia;
• 1 tuition waiver (€7,500) is awarded by the GEM Foundation.

Tuition waivers cover the full tuition fee only (they do not include living or accommodation expenses) and are awarded on a competitive basis during the admission process.

Thanks to the support of the Global Earthquake Model (GEM) Foundation, one outstanding candidate from a low-income or lower-middle-income country, according to the current World Bank country classification, may receive financial support to help cover accommodation and living expenses during the programme.
This support is subject to the evaluation and selection criteria established by GEM.
